Drake and Taylor Swift are ‘making different music together’

Pop superstars are rumoured to have hit the recording studio together in secret.

Drake and Taylor Swift are rumoured to be working on new music together.

Swift has form when it comes to keeping her songwriting assignments low-key. She co-wrote Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s hit ‘This Is What You Came For’ using the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg before it was revealed that she had penned the track’s lyrics.

Then earlier this week, it was revealed that she is the “secret songwriter” behind ‘Better Man’, a country hit for Alabama band Little Big Man.

According to E! News, a source has said that “the music [Swift and Drake] have been working on together is different,” though “catchy.”

Neither Swift nor Drake has responded to rumours of a collaboration. Following the Toronto rapper’s massive-selling ‘Views’ album in April, he has recently confirmed that a new release called ‘More Life’ will follow in December.

Announcing the news via his OVO Radio show on Apple’s Beats 1, Drake described ‘More Life’ as a “playlist” project that will “provide a soundtrack to your life”, featuring new music from himself and other OVO label mates.

Drake is due to tour the UK early next year. His full tour dates are as follows:

Glasgow, The SSE Hydro (January 25, 26)
London, The O2 (January 28, 30, February 1, 2, 4, 5, 14, 15)
