‘A Star Is Born’ and ‘The Favourite’ lead BAFTA 2019 nominations

The nominations are in...

The nominations for BAFTAs 2019 have been revealed – and it’s led by the likes of A Star Is Born and The Favourite, with the Olivia Colman drama picking up a staggering 12 nominations.

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga also secured BAFTA success, after picking up nods in the acting categories alongside a best director nomination for Cooper.

After triumphing at the Golden Globes, there’s also a chance for Bohemian Rhapsody to secure success once more – picking up nominations for Best British Film, a Best Actor nomination for Rami Malek, and several nods in the technical categories.
