Fans think Beyoncé is dropping hints about being on the soundtrack for Black Panther.
The upcoming Marvel movie will be released on February 13 in the UK, and February 16 in the US. It stars Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, and more.
Speculation has arisen on the internet after fans spotted some interesting patterns in Beyoncé’s Grammys outfits and accessories. The diamond-covered clutch she wore to the ceremony was shaped like a black panther, while her earrings at a pre-Grammys party also featured the heads of panthers, as Buzzfeed reports.
The singer has been known to drop hints about her projects and personal affairs, using lemon imagery before the reveal of surprise album ‘Lemonade‘, and using the number two or images suggesting pairs before announcing she was expecting twins.
The soundtrack for Black Panther is being executively produced by Kendrick Lamar. Only two tracks from the record have been confirmed so far – ‘All The Stars’ by Lamar and SZA, and ‘King’s Dead’ by Jay Rock, Lamar, Future and James Blake.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s daughter Blue Ivy went viral after a clip of her seemingly telling her parents to stop clapping at the 2018 Grammys emerged online.
The six-year-old was in attendance with her mother and father, when the camera cut to the family sat together during Camila Cabello‘s acceptance speech.
The moment was then captured and televised when Blue Ivy appeared to be signalling to the Beyonce and Jay to stop clapping so she could listen.
