Daniel Radcliffe has revealed which Harry Potter installment is his favourite.
Radcliffe played the titular wizard throughout the cinematic adaption of J.K. Rowling’s novels and was asked about his number one pick in the series during his appearance on WIRED‘s popular ‘Autocomplete Interview’ series (where celebrities answer some of the most-Googled questions about themselves) this week.
Asked “What is Daniel Radcliffe’s favourite Harry Potter?” Radcliffe opted for Order of the Phoenix as both his favourite novel and film in the franchise, while also reserving praise for the final installment, The Deathly Hallows.
“I love the last one, but I also really love the fifth, which is not a lot of people’s favourite, I kind of realise,” Radcliffe commented. “I love it because of the relationship between Harry and Sirius [Black], and you get a lot of Gary Oldman in that movie.
“That was my favourite one. Probably to film as well. We had a really, really good time making that one. Five or seven, part two.”
In other Harry Potter news, it was recently reported that production on the Wizarding World spin-off Fantastic Beasts 3 has been delayed.
The sequel to Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald was initially meant to begin shooting this summer, but that projected date now looks unlikely.
