Brown’s character – whose name has still yet to be officially confirmed – is briefly previewed in a new teaser trailer for White Boy Rick, which was shared by Brown’s manager and Def Jam CEO Paul Rosenberg earlier today (June 5).
The clip also features rapper YG’s upcoming cameo in the movie, as well as giving a glimpse of Atlanta star Brian Tyree Henry.
A full trailer for White Boy Rick was released yesterday (June 4), which delves more into McConaughey’s role as Richard Wershe Sr – watch it below.
White Boy Rick is set to be released on September 14.
Last month, McConaughey revealed that Snoop Dogg once replaced his prop weed for real weed while the pair were filming The Beach Bum.
