The rapper says 'Drake's Homecoming: The Lost Footage' is something he has no part in
Drake has distanced himself from a film of one of his live shows due to play in UK cinemas later this week.
Titled Drake’s Homecoming: The Lost Footage, the concert film will be shown in selected UK cinemas for one night only this Thursday (March 19). It features a performance Drake gave in Toronto in 2009, shortly after the release of his breakthrough mixtape ‘So Far Gone’.
Taking to Twitter earlier today (March 16), the rapper made it clear that the film is completely unauthorised and features no input from his label OVO Sound.

Last month (February) Drake matched a record set by The Beatles when he placed 14 songs in the US Billboard Hot 100 chart simultaneously. He is is due to headline London’s Wireless festival later this year, joining Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, David Guetta and Avicii on the bill.
