In the clip, the Harry Potter star is raiding the closet of a Hollywood star’s house with her gang of friends before venturing into the “nightclub” room to party.
The film is based on the true story of a clique of LA teenagers who used the internet to track the movements of celebrities so they could burgle their houses while they were away. Between October 2008 and August 2009, the real life ‘Bling Ring’ is estimated to have stolen around $3 million (£2 million) in cash and belongings.
Rumoured victims include Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr, Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox, Rachel Bilson and Paris Hilton, who gamely makes a cameo in Coppola’s movie.
Coppola’s film also stars Katie Chang, Israel Broussard, Claire Julien, Taissa Farmiga and This Is 40‘s Leslie Mann as Emma Watson’s mother. Meanwhile, Bush’s Gavin Rossdale plays a club promoter who helps the thieving teens to hide their loot.
The Bling Ring is Coppola’s fifth film as writer-director following The Virgin Suicides, Lost In Translation, Marie Antoinette and Somewhere. The film arrives in US cinemas on June 14 but there is no UK release date yet.
