First images for ‘The Hangover Part III’ appear online

Director Todd Phillips also reveals plot outline for the third and final 'Hangover' film

The first official images for The Hangover Part III have appeared online via Entertainment Weekly – scroll down to view.

The images show the ‘Wolfpack’ back in Las Vegas, where it all began with the first film in 2009, and Mr Chow, from The Hangover Part II, dressed in a sheriff’s uniform.

The Hangover saw Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis lose their soon-to-be-married friend whilst on his stag do in LA, while The Hangover Part II continued their adventures in Thailand. Director Todd Phillips says The Hangover Part III is ”a fitting end to this three-part opera of mayhem and bad decisions”.

The Hangover Part III is Alan [Galifianakis]’s story,” added Phillips. ”He’s going through a crisis after the death of his father, [and] the Wolfpack is all he has.”

For the first time The Hangover won’t involve a wedding or a bachelor party but will start with the funeral of Alan’s father before the gang hit the road with Las Vegas being only one of their stops.

The Hangover Part III will open in UK cinemas on May 24 2013. See the images below.
