'jOBS' set to premiere at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival

The first pictures of Ashton Kutcher as a young Steve Jobs for biopic ‘jOBS’ have appeared online via Variety.

It’s also been announced that the Joshua Michael Stern film will premiere at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival alongside Park Chan-wook’s ‘Stoker’ and Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s directorial debut, ‘Don Jon’s Addiction’.

The biopic will span three decades of the Apple co-founder’s life and is described as “a candid, inspiring and personal portrait of the one who saw things differently” on the Sundance website.

It’s beaten its rival to completion while Aaron Sorkin continues to work on the screenplay for his Steve Jobs film, based on Walter Isaacson’s official biography.

Also starring Dermot Mulroney, Matthew Modine and Amanda Crew ‘jOBS’ will premiere closing night of the film festival but as of yet there is no UK release date.
