Jamie Foxx will not face charges over alleged “penis-slapping’ incident

He previously labelled the claims "absurd".

Jamie Foxx will not face charges over accusations that he slapped a woman in the face with his penis.

Last month, an unnamed woman accused Foxx of hitting her with his penis during a house party at his Las Vegas residence in 2002. T

She reportedly told authorities that he tried to get her to perform oral sex on him and, when he refused, he slapped her face with his penis.

Afterwards, one of Foxx’s friends is said to have told her to leave the house. The woman alleges she went to a hospital upon her return to Los Angeles the next day for treatment for a severe panic attack.

Las Vegas Police has now confirmed to TMZ that Foxx won’t face charges because the three-year statute of limitations has long since expired.

He won’t face civil charges either, as the statute of limitations has expired on this too.

Foxx previously labelled the claims “absurd” in a statement filed on his behalf.

“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him”, confirmed Foxx’s agent.

The first time [he] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly happened 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [on June 12] about the story.”
