Full trailer for the eagerly-anticipated dinosaur sequel will be unveiled on Friday (November 28)
A teaser for the eagerly-anticipated first Jurassic World film has been released.
The 15-second clip features glimpses of the theme park that gives the dinosaur sequel its name, as well as the film’s stars, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. It follows an earlier, more cryptic teaser that appeared online earlier this week.
The full trailer for Jurassic World will be unveiled on November 28. Promotion for the eagerly-anticipated dinosaur sequel is now stepping up with the launch of a viral website earlier this week as well.
Jurassic World is set to open in cinemas on June 12, 2015. It will arrive nearly 14 years after the last instalment in the series, 2001’s Jurassic Park III.
Parks And Recreation/Guardians Of The Galaxy star Pratt heads up the film’s cast, flanked by actors including Howard, Omar Sy, Ty Simpkins and Judy Greer.
Colin Trevorrow is directing from a script he has co-written, with Steven Spielberg – who directed the first two films in the franchise – on board as an executive producer. Earlier this year Trevorrow teased the possibility of sequels to Jurassic World, saying: “We wanted to create something that would be a little bit less arbitrary and episodic, and something that could potentially arc into a series that would feel like a complete story.”
