Justin Timberlake lined up for new Coen Brothers film

The star is in the frame for 'Inside Llewyn Davis'

Justin Timberlake is in the frame for the new movie from the Coen Brothers, it has been reported.

Popstar turned Hollywood actor Timberlake is the latest name to linked to Joel and Ethan’s new project, Inside Llewyn Davis, which is set across the backdrop of the 1960s folk music scene in New York.

Drive star Oscar Isaac is signed up to play the troubled musician of the title, while Carey Mulligan was last week linked to the leading female role. Timberlake would play another musician, married to Mulligan’s character, according to Collider.

Timberlake’s stock has risen in Hollywood since the acclaim that greeted his role as Napster founder Sean Parker in The Social Network. He recently appeared opposite Mila Kunis in Friends With Benefits and can next be seen in futuristic thriller In Time. You can watch the trailer at the bottom of the page.
