Kate Moss allegedly calls pilot a ‘basic bitch’ after being escorted off easyJet flight for ‘disruptive’ behaviour

Reports says supermodel had become 'a little drunk' during a flight from Turkey to Luton Airport

Kate Moss was reportedly escorted off a plane by police yesterday (June 7) after allegedly becoming “disruptive” during an easyJet flight from Bodrum, Turkey to Luton Airport.

The English supermodel, who is married to The Kills’ Jamie Hince, is said to have called the flight’s pilot a “basic bitch” as she was led out of the plane’s cabin by police. However, no arrest was made after the alleged incident.

Moss is said to have become “a little drunk” during the flight and apparently had a disagreement with a fellow passenger after she pulled a bottle of vodka out of her hand luggage. Another passenger on the flight told the Daily Mail: “She called the pilot a ‘basic bitch’ as police led her off the plane, she was a little drunk and had a disagreement with another passenger on the flight as she was refused alcohol and then went to serve her own vodka from her cabin luggage. But she was not aggressive to anyone and was funny really, the easyJet crew was acting out of proportion.”

Moss had been in Bodrum, Turkey to celebrate the birthday of her friend Sadie Frost. As well as being one of the world’s most successful supermodels for the past 25 years, she is known for her close connections in the rock world. Over the years she has made guest appearances on singles by Oasis and Primal Scream, co-written Babyshambles songs with her former boyfriend Pete Doherty and appeared in music videos by The White Stripes, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Marianne Faithfull and Johnny Cash.

A spokesperson for local police said of the alleged incident: “We were called to assist staff in escorting a passenger from a flight arriving into Luton airport this afternoon. The passenger had been reported as being disruptive on the flight. Officers attended and escorted the passenger from the plane. No formal complaints were made against her and she was not arrested.”
