Focus is the latest project from writer-directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, the duo behind Crazy, Stupid, Love. and I Love You Phillip Morris. At one point, the pair apparently envisioned their new film as a vehicle for Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, with whom they worked on Crazy, Stupid, Love.
