New ‘Twilight’ trailer for ‘Breaking Dawn: Part 1’ released – video

Bella's belly bump belies a benign being

The full trailer for the new Twilight film, Breaking Dawn: Part 1, has been released online. You can view it below.

Following on from Monday’s trailer of a trailer, Twihards can get a full taste of what’s in store for their favourite human/vampire/shapeshifter love triangle. And things don’t look pretty.

While the trailer starts with wedding bliss and honeymoon ecstasy for Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson), it’s not long before the consequences of hopping on the good foot and doing the bad thing reveal themselves.

In what looks to be a shorter gestation period than your average chipmunk (31 days if you’re wondering), Bella’s baby grows quickly and, unluckily for her, painfully. That the baby is the target for some infant assassination by the shapeshifters also appears to be cause for concern.

With just two months to go until release, the Twilight publicity campaign has hit a new gear, with posters released online and in cinemas. You can view them here and here.

It was announced yesterday that Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in the vampire films, has been cast in Olivia Twisted. The film will tell the Charles Dickens tale from the perspective of an older, female Oliver.

Breaking Dawn: Part 1 is due for release in the UK on November 18. The second part will follow a year later on November 16, 2012.
