Pamela Anderson to bare all for final ‘Playboy’ nude issue

Anderson will make her 13th appearance on the 'Playboy' cover for the magazine's final nude issue

Pamela Anderson is to grace the cover of Playboy‘s last ever nude issue.

The former Baywatch star will also bare all for the magazine’s last ever naked centrefold, which will feature in Playboy‘s January/February 2016 issue, due out on December 11.

Hugh Hefner’s long-running men’s title announced in October that it will no longer be featuring nude pictures of women, explaining that its famous naked centrefolds had become “passé” in the internet era.

Revealing that she is about to appear on the cover of Playboy for the 13th time, Anderson told Entertainment Tonight: “I got a call from (Hugh Hefner’s) attorney who said, ‘We don’t want anybody else. There’s nobody else, could you do the last cover of Playboy?”

The 48-year-old actress, model and animal rights activist also revealed that though her two sons, now aged 19 and 17, were “teased and made fun of” while they were growing up because of their mother’s naked shoots, they have endorsed her decision to pose nude for Playboy one last time.

“He was so excited,” Anderson said of her older son Brandon’s reaction to the news. “He may have high-fived me!”

Last month Anderson told fans that she has been “cured” of Hepatitis C. She had revealed in 2002 that she had contracted the infectious liver disease, reportedly from her then husband Tommy Lee.
