Princes William and Harry will reportedly appear in the new ‘Star Wars’ film

The pair recently visited Pinewood Studios and filmed a short scene

During their visit to Pinewood Studios last week, Princes William and Harry reportedly filmed minor parts for the new Star Wars movie.

It was reported last week that the royal pair visited the Star Wars production workshops at Pinewood in Buckinghamshire to “recognise the wealth of fantastic British creative talent involved in the production of the Star Wars films”.

However, the Mail on Sunday now reports that filmed scenes starring as stormtroopers while they were there.

“The princes dressed up in full stormtrooper gear and filmed a scene in which Rey and Finn infiltrate a secret base,” a source reportedly told the newspaper. “The rebel characters are in a lift with Benicio del Toro’s character when a group of stormtroopers enter – two of whom are William and Harry.”

Last year it was reported that Bond actor Daniel Craig likewise appeared as a stormtrooper in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
