Music for the film comes from Mr Oizo and Justice
The trailer for Wrong Cops, the forthcoming film featuring Marilyn Manson, has been revealed, reports Gigwise.
In the clip, which you can watch below, Manson appears as a young music fan who befriends a corrupt policeman. You can watch the trailer below.
The film was previewed at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, whilst an extended cut of the movie is believed to still be in production. As well as acting in the release, Manson also features on the soundtrack, alongside French chart-topper Mr Oizo and Gaspard Augé.
Mr Oizo, who hit the Number One spot on the Official UK Singles Chart with ‘Flat Beat’ in 1999, now works under his real name Quentin Dupieux and is also the creator behind Wrong Cops. Manson and Dupieux have worked together in the past, pairing up on the latter’s 2013 single ‘Solid’. Meanwhile, Augé contributes two tracks to the score in ‘Crows & Guts’ and ‘Polocaust’.
Manson’s appearance in the film is not the first time he has undertaken an acting role. Earlier this year, he made a cameo on US comedy show Eastbound & Down.
