Here’s the terrifying new trailer for ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’

Life finds a way....

The second trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has been released – and it’s upped the terror stakes to a whole new level.

The sequel to 2015’s Jurassic World sees Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard returning to Isla Nublar in an attempt to evacuate the prehistoric beasts when a volcano threatens their existence once more.

Although the first trailer remained relatively vague, the second preview premiered during last night’s Super Bowl and it’s confirmed that there is a lot more to offer than perhaps we initially thought.

Among the main highlights is the first glimpse of Toby Jones as the head of a shadowy corporation that has created a new and understandably terrifying creature.

Inevitably, it isn’t too long before the creature breaks free – and we’re given the briefest glimpses at a terrifying moment where the creature appears to be confronting a young girl in her bedroom.

It could well be the most terrifying moment to have emerged from the franchise since *that* moment with the raptors with in the kitchen, but we’ll have to see it if that’s the case when the film hits cinemas on June 7.

Production on the film began in London back in February, before it moved to Hawaii – with producer Frank Marshall revealing the news on his Twitter account.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom also sees J.A. Bayona taking over directorial duties from Colin Trevorrow and is set for release on June 22 2018.
