If you hated ‘The Last Jedi’, you’ll love this fan-made parody poster

The new fan-generated poster shows Luke as an 1980's action hero

A group of fans unhappy with the last Star Wars film – The Last Jedi – have created their own fan poster in response.

The Fro Design Company have unveiled a tongue-in-cheek fan-made poster which ridicules many of the moments some fans are unhappy with in the film, and seemingly at some of those calling for a re-make.

It includes a picture of Rey cooking Porgs and Luke features as a 1980’s action hero.

Another group, “Remake The Last Jedi”, want to make an entirely new version of the film, such is their unhappiness with the way in which certain characters were portrayed.

The group tweeted about their plans to make a new version of the film last month.

They said: “Our team of producers is offering to cover the budget for a remake of The Last Jedi in order to save Star Wars.”

The director of The Last Jedi, Rian Johnson, didn’t seem to mind too much as he jokingly tweeted last month “please actually happen.”

However, previously Johnson has responded to criticism from Star Wars fans, and has also spoken out about fan trolling.

His comments came after Kelly Marie Tran deleted her Instagram posts after months of harassment on the social media site.
