He delivered the news at Chance's latest open mic for local high schoolers

Kanye West has confirmed that his joint album with Chance The Rapper is called ‘Good Ass Job’. The pair were speaking at a high school in Chicago when they revealed the title.

Both artists were pictured in the studio last month, with West revealing that he ‘came home to [Chicago] to work with Chance on his new album’.

West has released five records in 2018 so far, known as the ‘Wyoming’ albums, including the divisive solo record ‘ye‘ and acclaimed Kid Cudi collaboration ‘Kids See Ghosts‘. He claims that a sequel to ‘Watch The Throne’ is coming “soon” while he also announced that another new record ‘Yandhi’ is coming on September 29.

Speaking to the students at Chance’s latest open mic for local high schoolers, West revealed further details of ‘Good Ass Job’.

Ye also thanked Chance for ‘bringing him back to Chicago.’ “So the first thing on my mind that I have to tell you is, I’ve gotta let y’all know, that I moved back to Chicago and I’m never leaving again,” he added, causing the crowd to erupt in applause. Meanwhile, West has also been confirmed as first musical guest for new ‘SNL’ series. The long-running US comedy show will return after its annual summer break on September 29.

West will appear alongside guest host and Star Wars actor Adam Driver. The tracks the rapper will perform have not yet been confirmed.

West has previously appeared on SNL six times over the years. Earlier this year, he became the subject of one of the sketches on the Donald Glover-hosted episode. During a spoof version of horror film A Quiet Place, Glover and friends couldn’t keep silent after the actor and rapper shared news of West’s divisive tweets and then-new track ‘Lift Yourself’ with them.
