2PAC AT THE TOP OF THE CHARTS

Where Coldplay and U2 failed, a dead rapper succeeds..

The chart reign of CRAZY FROG is over – knocked off the top spot by rapper 2PAC.

The rapper, who died in 1996, is back at the top of the charts with ‘Ghetto Gospel’. Crazy Frog’s ‘Axel F’ had been at Number One for a month, keeping the likes of Coldplay and U2 from the top.

Other new entries this week come from Bobby Valentino with ‘Slow Down’ at Number Four, MVP with ‘Roc Ya Body’ at Number Five, Missy Elliott with ‘Lose Control’ at Number Seven and Hard Fi with ‘Hard To Beat’ at Number Nine. Rapper 50 Cent also has a hit with ‘Just A Lil Bit’, which is new at Number Ten.

In the albums chart, Coldplay’s ‘X&Y’ remains at the top for a third week.
