More acts added to Mumford & Sons’ All Points East 2019 show

Here's Mumford...

The line-up grows ever bigger for Mumford & Sons‘ show at All Points East 2019 – with the likes of Villagers, The Staves and Marika Hackman all joining the bill.

The folk giants were previously announced as the final headliners for the Victoria Park event, where they’ll perform their only British festival show of 2019 on June 1.

Now, it’s been confirmed that all the above acts will be joining them for the huge outdoor show. Other new additions include Alan Power, Delilah Montagu and Hyytts. You can buy tickets here.

Others acts supporting Mumfords throughout the day include the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Leon Bridges and The Vaccines.

Sam Fender, Jade Bird, Dermot Kennedy and Dizzy have also been announced as being part of the bill on June 1.

Other headliners for All Points East are The Chemical Brothers (May 24), The Strokes (May 25), Christine And The Queens (May 26), Bring Me The Horizon (May 31) and Bon Iver (June 2).

Earlier today, Mumford and Sons released ‘Devil In Your Eye’ – which features on the soundtrack for the final season of Game of Thrones.

On Record Store Day this year, the band released four-song EP ‘Delta Acoustic Sessions’, featuring songs from their ‘Delta’ album recorded live at New York studio Electric Lady.

In February, the band played  a special intimate gig to just 150 fans at London pub The World’s End in Finsbury Park. Footage of the gig can be seen here.

The last-minute surprise show marked the band’s first live outing in the capital since a sell-out date in front of 20,000 fans at The O2 on November 29, which was part of an arena tour in support of their fourth studio album ‘Delta’.
