Adele left ‘speechless’ by Beyoncé’s ‘Lemonade’

One pop icon praises another

Adele has praised Beyonce, saying the US artist’s latest album ‘Lemonade’ left her “speechless”.

Posting on Instagram yesterday (May 3), Adele shared a picture of herself straddling a cardboard cutout of Beyoncé and attached the following caption:

“I’m not late on this I’ve just been speechless. Beyonce is the most inspiring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of worshipping. Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé X.”

Adele’s is not new to proclaiming her love for the ‘Lemonade’ artist. “Anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyoncé,” she told Time in 2015.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé is Number One in the UK and US with new album ‘Lemonade’.

‘Lemonade’ was made available exclusively through Tidal on April 23 after an hour-long HBO special of the same name was broadcast. The TV spectacular was made up of music videos and vignettes set to the new songs.
