Air name new album and single

Release coincides with UK shows

Air have named their forthcoming new album ‘Pocket Symphony’.

The LP, the band’s first since 2004’s ‘Talkie Walkie’, has been co-produced by Nigel Godrich.

Describing the album, the band’s Nicolas Godin said: “This album is different. We decided to go back to the soundtrack music-style, with more instrumentals and less songs.”

To coincide with the release of the duo’s fourth studio album, Air will appear for three UK dates in March.

They will play:

Glasgow ABC (March 14)

Manchester Academy (15)

London Forum (16)
