Albert Hammond Jr and Agyness Deyn are set to DJ at a party in New York on Wednesday (November 12), as part of a charity event that celebrates compassion in fashion.
Hammond, who recebtly unveiled plans to launch his own suit line, recently returned from an opening slot with Coldplay on their European tour, where he supported the release of his second album ‘Cómo Te Llama?’.
The event is hosted by the Humane Society of the United States and The Art Institutes, who will this year honour Calvin Klein, Marc Bouwer, Urban Outfitters and Overstock.com for their commitment to fur-free fashion.
Hosts on the committee for the cause include Amanda De Cadenet (photographer and wife of The Strokes‘ guitarist Nick Valensi), Devendra Banhart, Maroon 5, DJ Samantha Ronson, Suede, The Donnas and a host of actors and New York socialites.
