The band refuse to comply with a request to alter a line on their new single 'All Hooked Up'...

ALL SAINTS have pulled out of two UK television appearances this coming weekend after bosses wanted the group to change the lyrics to new single ‘ALL HOOKED UP’.

A spokesperson for the band told NME.COM this morning (January 5) that the band were asked to change the lyric “you want a piece of my ass” from the single for their appearances on both ITV Saturday morning show CD:UK, and Channel 4’s T4 on Sunday (January 7).

However, the spokesperson said the girls considered the line “an integral part” of the song, and did not want to change it for the shows. He added: “They’ve not snubbed it or anything, they’re aware that it is a kids programme”.

‘All Hooked Up’ is released in the UK on January 15 through London. All Saints will also undertake a UK tour in May, which calls at:
