The cover was recorded as part of a live session for Transmitter and comes on the same day Bay’s new EP ‘Hold Back The River’ is released. The EP features the single of the same name. Bay plays live in Birmingham tonight (November 24) before ending his current tour in London on Tuesday (November 25).



Next year will see James Bay embark on a bigger UK tour, including a date at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Full dates are below.

‘Left Hand Free’ appears on Alt-J’s second album ‘This Is All Yours’, released earlier this year. The band were among the winners at this year’s UK Music Video Awards recently, picking up the award for Best Visual Effects In A Video for ‘Hunger Of The Pine’.
