The Free Association spread themselves across the British Isles in November and December...

DAVID HOLMES is to take an 11-piece band on tour for the first time ever.

The Free Association is the DJ’s new live band. They will play shows in November and December in support of their new album ‘David Holmes Presents The Free Association’.

Speaking about the shows, Holmes said: “It’s going to be full-on punk-rock attitude. Properly kicking off. There’ll be a lot of samples and craziness going on. I’ll be spinning records live, dubbing it out with echo boxes and delays. The whole point of the live show is that it has to be something to really look at. Like Parliament and the performance of OutKast – just this amazing energy on stage.”

The tour calls at: Bristol Academy (November 29)

Dublin Ambassador (30)

Belfast Empire Music Hall (December 1)

London 100 Club (3)

Glasgow QMU (4)

Manchester Hop & Grape (5)

London 93 Feet East (7)
