Amy Winehouse plays first gig since Glastonbury ‘punch’

Singer performs in Spain following controversial festival show

Amy Winehouse has made her first live appearance since allegedly punching a fan at the Glastonbury festival last Saturday night (June 28).

Winehouse performed at the Rock In Rio festival near Madrid yesterday (July 4) in front of what organisers claimed was 40,000 people, reports the Press Association.

Winehouse‘s set was bereft of the controversy that characterised her appearance at Worthy Farm a week earlier. See video footage of the Rock In Rio show by clicking on the video below.

Winehouse sipped red wine through the set, which included ‘Rehab’, ‘You Know I’m No Good’ ‘Some Unholy War’ and ‘Valerie’ by The Zutons, which she originally covered in collaboration with Mark Ronson.

The singer kicked off her stiletto shoes in favour of a pair of white moccasins during the show, then left the site in a helicopter following her performance.
