Spokesperson says singer has not been diagnosed with lung disease
Amy Winehouse‘s spokesperson has said that the singer has not been diagnosed as suffering from lung disease emphysema, despite her father Mitch Winehouse saying she had.
The spokesperson told Associated Press that Winehouse‘s condition was not serious, and that she had in fact been told she had early signs that could lead to her suffering from the lung disease in the future.
He went on to say that Mitch Winehouse had “muddied the water” because he is “not a medical man”.
He also said that Winehouse was rehearsing for her scheduled performances at both the Nelson Mandela tribute concert set for Friday (June 26) and her appearance at Glastonbury on Saturday (June 27).
