NME readers want Arctic Monkeys and Florence + The Machine to headline Reading and Leeds 2016

Radiohead, Bring Me The Horizon, Muse, Foals and The Strokes also tipped for next year's festivals

NME readers have voted for the acts they most want to headline Reading and Leeds festivals next year.

Reading and Leeds 2015 ran over the weekend (August 28-30) with The Libertines, Mumford & Sons and Metallica headlining this year, with festival organiser Melvin Been recently telling NME that he’s already booked one headliner for next year.

In a poll of who fans want to top the 2016 bill, Arctic Monkeys and Florence And The Machine have both come out on top, attracting around 22% of the overall votes each.

Other acts receiving a large proportion of the votes include Radiohead (9.15%), Bring Me The Horizon (8.36%), Muse (8.08%), Foals (5.3%) and The Strokes (4.84%).
