Ariana Grande‘s fans are growing increasingly convinced that she’s working with Madonna, after the singer shared a photo of the pair on social media.
Posting on Twitter, the ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ singer posted a snap that showed her visible emotion upon meeting the music icon.
“Thank you @madonna, you know why”, Ariana wrote.

Although a seemingly innocuous post, Ariana’s fans noticed an emoji of the Golden Gate Bridge – which she’s previously used when talking about new music.
And with new album Sweetener due for release next month, fans have been theorising about a possible collaboration.
“Ariana has been going to the studio lately…. ariana is thanking madonna for something they both know….. according to my calculations ariana and madonna collaborated and couldn’t be happier for her (i was hacked if they didn’t)”, one wrote on Twitter.
Another said: “ARIANA COLLAB WITH MADONNA PLEASE GOD”.

Last month, Ariana shared the artwork for ‘Sweetener’.
The artwork features an upside down headshot of the singer, with her hair tied back in a low ponytail.
It was recently reported that Grande is engaged to new boyfriend Pete Davidson.
Ariana and SNL comedian Pete began dating earlier this year, although it’s believed that they have known each other since 2016.
