AT THE DRIVE-IN were involved in a road traffic accident last night (November 12) which led to the hospitalisation of two of the band, NME.COM can reveal.

The group’s van skidded on ice and flipped onto its roof as they drove from Saturday’s show in Denver, Colorado to what would have been tonight’s gig in Salt Lake City. Both drummer Tony Hajjar and vocalist Cedric Bixler were taken to hospital following the crash, Tony with back injuries and Cedric with foot. However, a spokesperson for the band told NME.COM that none of the injuries were serious and that both members were soon discharged. The rest of the group escaped with a few bruises.
