The man behind The Auteurs and Black Box Recorder plays two nights at London's ICA...

LUKE HAINES is to make two live appearances at the LONDON ICA – coinciding with the first public screening of ‘CHRISTIE MALRY’S OWN DOUBLE ENTRY’, the film to which he provides the soundtrack.

Haines’ soundtrack to the film is released on June 6 via Hut. The same day marks the first of Haines’ appearances at the ICA, where ‘Christie…’ will receive its first public showing.

The following night (June 7), Haines will perform a career retrospective, performing songs from his days in The Auteurs, Black Box Recorder and Baader Meinhof, as well as his forthcoming solo album ‘The Oliver Twist Manifesto’, released on July 2, also via Hut.

Tickets for the June 6 show and film are priced £10, while the following night (June 7) tickets are £7.

‘Christie Malry’s Own Double Entry’ is directed by Paul Tickell and stars Nick Moran as a lone terrorist. The film is due for full release later in the year.
