All the results from yesterday's Wembley Arena extravaganza...

Westlife, Craig David and Backstreet Boys were among the winners in this year’s TV HITS AWARDS, held yesterday (Sunday, October 29) at London‘s Wembley Arena.

Following his success last month at the MOBO awards, fans voted Craig David the Best New Act of the past year, while Westlife were voted Best Band with the band’s Shane Filan walking away with Best Looking Pop Star.

a1‘s ‘Take On Me’ video – the second most expensive UK promo clip ever made (behind Jamiroquai‘s ‘Deeper Underground’) – was awarded Best Music Video, while Five and Queen‘s ‘We Will Rock You’ picked up Best Single. Meanwhile, Pete Waterman, Max Martin and Phil Spector were all overlooked in the Outstanding Contribution To Pop award, which went to the Backstreet Boys.
