The Mercury Prize winner gets greasy

Badly Drawn Boy is to play a gig in a chip shop to launch his new album.

The final venue will be decided by a fan vote from a shortlist of ten chip shops around the country.

Chippies including Ann’s Fry in Glasgow and Toffs in London are amongst those in consideration.
