BADLY DRAWN BOY is to compere a club night celebrating the 30th release on his TWISTED NERVE label.

As previously revealed on NME.COM, the 30th Twisted Nerve release is a compilation titled ‘Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Twisted Nerve But Were Too Afraid To Ask’.

The record, released on October 1, features a brand new Badly Drawn Boy track, ‘Celebrate’, as well as ‘Shake The Rollercoaster’ – a song which originally featured on the first EP by Badly Drawn Boy.

Badly, AKA Damon Gough, founded Twisted Nerve with close friend and DJ Andy Votel.

To coincide with the album, Twisted Nerve are to host two special club nights in Manchester (September 30) and London (October 4).

The London club, which takes place at 93 Feet East in east London, will be compared by Badly Drawn Boy, and will feature live performances from fellow label acts DOT, Mum and Dad and Misty Dixon. DJ sets come from Andy Votel, Damon Gough and Arthur Baker, with more to be confirmed.

The Manchester club takes place at Sankeys Soap nightclub as part of the annual music industry convention ‘In The City’.
