Beady Eye release backstage tour footage – video

See Liam Gallagher and co prepare for debut jaunt
Beady Eye have released backstage footage from their first live shows in Glasgow last week (March 4 and 5).

Watch footage of the band, who were performing at the city’s Barrowlands venue, by clicking above.

The footage features Liam Gallagher commenting on whether he’s nervous about how the band will go down with the audience.

“People are going, ‘Oh you’re shitting it.’ I ain’t shitting it, I just wanna get on there,” Gallagher explains. “It’s just good to be back with an album, playing songs in front of the people who want to see you. That’s all I care about, is the fans.”

Beady Eye‘s debut shows have so far seen them showcase tracks from their new album ‘Different Gear, Still Speeding’. The band play more gigs in Manchester and London this week.

Get the next issue of NME magazine, on UK newsstands or available digitally from Wednesday (9), for a report and pictures from the band’s first gig.
