The rap legends play old and new stuff at a top secret London show...

Beastie Boys made their return to LONDON for a top secret show over the weekend.

The rap legends played a 45-minute set of hits and new material at the London ICA (May 15) to promote their new album ’To The 5 Boroughs’, which is released in June.

In a stripped down show the trio were backed by longtime collaborator Mixmaster Mike and performed songs including ’Sure Shot’, ’Root Down’, ‘Body Movin’ and a show-closing ’Intergalactic’.

The gig was only open to invited guests and competition winners. No smoking was allowed in the venue, and mobile phones that take pictures were also confiscated at the door.

The London gig, which will be broadcast by Radio 1, is part of a whistle-stop European tour which is also taking in Paris, Amsterdam, Sweden and Germany.
