New Beck track ‘Up All Night’ appears online

The track is taken from the upcoming FIFA 17 soundtrack

A new Beck song has appeared online, with ‘Up All Night’ leaking ahead of the release of FIFA 17.

Following from the leak of the new Kasabian track ‘Comeback Kid’ this morning, ‘Up All Night’ is the latest cut from the upcoming FIFA game soundtrack – which will be released on Friday.

The track is arguably the closest that Beck has ever come to straight-up pop, with a radio-friendly sound that seems to lean more towards the likes of Maroon 5 and Pharrell – albeit with that classic twist of alt-funk that Beck does so well.

The track follows other recent singles ‘Wow‘ and ‘Dreams‘ in teasing his forthcoming 10th album.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the follow-up to 2014’s GRAMMY-winning ‘Morning Phase’, which has reportedly been pushed back to a November release – following a series of reissues on vinyl due in late October.
