But it's hoped stricken frontman Paul Butler will be fit for this week's sold-out London shows...

THE BEES have been forced to cancel three dates on their UK and Irish tour after frontman PAUL BUTLER lost

his voice.

The Isle Of Wight outfit pulled the

plug on their show in Belfast last night (October 24) and also in Dublin tonight and Galway tomorrow after

Butler was struck down. The band are

hoping to reschedule the dates. They have already

played 23 dates on a month-long tour.

A spokesperson for The Bees said

Butler flew to London today to see a throat specialist.

The sold-out shows scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday (October 27/28) at London Camden Electic Ballroom are still scheduled to go ahead as planned.
