Summer dates begin in June and carry on until August
Jay Z and Beyoncé have confirmed details of a joint tour to take place in the US this summer.
The married couple regularly appear during each other’s live shows, with Jay Z performing with Beyoncé in London earlier this year when the Mrs Carter Tour arrived at the O2 Arena in February.
The ‘On The Run’ tour will take in 16 dates through June, July and August and starts in Miami at the Sun Life Stadium on June 25, reports Pitchfork. The tour will then continue through the USA and Canada, stopping at Beyoncé’s home town of Houston, Texas on July 18. The final date on the tour will come on August 5 at San Francisco’s AT&T Park.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé recently featured on Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world for 2014.
The annual list sees the three musicians line up alongside figures from the worlds of politics, technology, sport, fashion and religion. Beyoncé is one of just three musicians on the list, featuring alongside Miley Cyrus and Pharrell Williams.
