BEYONCE KNOWLES has brought forward the release date of her debut album – in a bid to combat Internet piracy.

The Destiny’s Child singer’s solo effort ‘Dangerously In Love’ will be released on June 23, two weeks earlier than originally planned, Ananova reports.

It is believed several tracks were leaked online and are being sold on bootleg copies of the album in the US.

As previously reported on NME.COM, the album features guest appearances by the likes of Jay-Z, Sean Paul, Missy Elliott and Luther Vandross.
