Beyoncé shares rare photo with twins Rumi and Sir

The photo was taken on her and Jay-Z's recent trip to Europe

Beyoncé has shared a rare photo of twins Rumi and Sir whilst on tour in Europe with husband Jay-Z.

The photo is just one of many the star posted of her family on her website documenting their recent travels through Europe.

As part of their On The Run II World Tour, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have toured extensively throughout the EU. Beyoncé captioned each photo “thank you Europe.”

Photos of the twins are rare. One month after birth, Beyoncé shared a photo of her cradling both in her arms on Instagram. More recently, the twins appeared in a video to accompany her and Jay-Z’s shows.

One of the photos shared today (July 26) shows Beyoncé holding the twins in her arms. Others include an image of Rumi stood next to Jay-Z on a yacht, holding his hand. The couple’s eldest daughter Blue Ivy also appeared in several photos.

The photos were posted on Beyoncé’s website just hours before her and Jay-Z return to the stage, this time in North America.

Earlier this year, the couple also shared intimate photos of themselves in the On The Run II World Tour tour book.

The husband and wife duo hit the headlines again last week after reportedly trying to rent out Rome’s famous Roman Colosseum.

A request was filed with local government to rent out the Italian landmark on July 7 and 8, which would have overlapped with the Rome stop of their ‘On The Run II’ tour, according to Italian newspaper Il Messaggero. The request was denied.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are also among the leading nominees for this year’s 2018 MTV VMAs, which will take place at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on August 20.

The Carters, who released their first joint album ‘Everything Is Love’ last month, picked up eight nominations for their video for the song ‘Apeshit’.

Reviewing the Carter’s album, NME said: ‘Everything is Love’ may lack the immediate impact of Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s respective solo latest records, but it’s still interesting to see two of the biggest stars in the world relax.”

“Telling their own story in their own time, The Carters show that they’ve reached the top by following their own rules. ‘We came, and we saw, and we conquered it all,’ Beyoncé sings in the closing lines, on ‘LoveHappy’. ‘We came, and we conquered, now we’re happy in love’. When it comes to rounding off a three-piece epic, you can’t say fairer than that.”
