David Byrne has been announced as the second headliner of The Big Chill 2009.
The former Talking Heads star will headline the Sunday night of the festival.
He joins Friday headliners Basement Jaxx and Saturday headliners Orbital at the Eastnor, Herefordshire bash, which takes place on August 7, 8 and 9.
Other acts on the bill include Toddla T Featuring MC Serocee, Spiritualized, Friendly Fires and Magistrates.
Comedians Dylan Moran and Russell Howard will also appear.
