Bill Murray has announced details of a UK tour later this year.
The comedy icon is teaming up with classical musician Jan Vogler for two shows of live performance and discussion, which are set to take place in London and Edinburgh on June 4 and 18th respectively.
Tickets will go on sale from 10AM on March 29 and you can buy them here.
It’s expected that the show will feature classical music alongside readings of classic literature from Murray.
An official release teases “a show that communicates the bridges artists have built between America and Europe. Twain, Hemingway, Whitman, Cooper, Bernstein, Gershwin and Foster are some of the strongest voices that influenced generations of humans in America and gave the world a picture of the charm, energy and creative force of the New World.”
Murray himself said: “I am bathing in this experience, really. I can’t get enough of it.”
Last year, NME witnessed the show during an early performance in Los Angeles and described it as a “joyful couple of hours”.
“It’s been a joyful couple of hours. The songs and writing Murray has chosen shows America at its artistic best, while also throwing a little light on the man doing the choosing”.
