The woman who threatened to cut Billie's head off has been given a suspended sentence...
BILLIE PIPER’s stalker has walked free from court in LONDON this morning (March 2), after being given a suspended sentence.
Juliet Peters, 32, of London, was found guilty of threatening to kill the 18-year-old chart-topping singing star and sentence had been deferred for reports.
This morning, she was told that an 18-month prison sentence would be suspended for two years and combined with a two-year supervision order.
She had bombarded Piper with phone calls and letters threatening to chop her head off and kill her parents, after believing that the singer had given her a “dirty look” while she was in the audience of a TV show on which Piper appeared.
