WOMAN PLEADS NOT GUILTY IN BILLIE DEATH THREAT CASE

Juliet Peters is remanded in custody until her trial begins next year...

A woman accused of threatening to kill pop starlet BILLIE PIPER has been remanded in custody to begin trial on February 5 2001 after pleading not guilty to the charges today (December 20).

Juliet Peters denied having made the threats between August 14 and 15 this year when she appeared before Judge Christopher Hordern QC, at Blackfriars Crown Court, London.

The 38-year-old faces nine charges in total – five of threatening to kill Billie and four of threatening to kill her mother Mandy Kent and father Paul Piper.
