Eight months after falling victim to a kidney complaint, the pop star stumbles after a few pints...
BILLIE PIPER collapsed in a LONDON bar at the weekend, eight months after falling unconscious in another bar due to a kidney complaint.
The chart-topping singer, who was recently called to give evidence in Court against a woman convicted of a stalking campaign who threatened to kill her and her family, had been out drinking with her boyfriend, TV presenter Chris Evans on Friday (February 16) when she slumped to the floor in Midas Touch bar.
The Daily Mail newspaper in the UK reports that she had drunk about ten half-pints, while Evans drank ten pints. After her collapse, she was reported to have stood up and laughed off the fall, saying she had tripped over her handbag.
Billie’s publicity company Vital also confirmed that they have stopped representing her as of last week.
A spokesperson for her label Virgin records said the label had no comment to make.
